How long does shipping take? 

Shipping usually takes 7-14 business days in North America including Canada and the United States and 10-24 business days for anywhere else in the world. 

How long does it take to see results with the products?

It varies for each person but with consistent usage every day long lasting results should be shown within 4-6 weeks if not immediately. 

How do I clean my beauty tools? 

To clean your beauty tools such as the Gua Sha or Facial Roller, use warm water and an unscented soap to gently remove any bacteria  before and after usage. 

Do I need to use anything with the Gua Sha, Facial Roller, and Cupping Set? 

Yes we always recommend using an oil in order to prevent any damage to your skin. Apply a generous amount of oil to the area you are working with so that the tool can easily glide.
